    Hey guys

    Does anyone have a Socket 7 MB with onboard Sound/Video/Lan they want to sell?
    Smaller the better!!!

    Thanx guys

    They all look alright.
    But I need something even smaller
    I know there is MB (Socket 7) with size of 24cm x 19cm.
    It has onboard sound/video/lan/modem
    only thing i cant find any here in OZ so only choice i have is to get it from states.

    You can get them smaller than that. The Em-586 has served me well, quite small at 203x146mm:

    Don't know about availability in Oz though.
    I think you can get them even smaller than that too, like 3.5" drive size.

    just my personal opinion dont buy a pc chips motherboard

    i had one as in my home system and there terrible

    the ram slots are usually dodgie

    if you use the onboard video you can only use 1 ram slot and all this ****

    I would love to have one of those SBC's but I need something that would run my AMD K6-III 450...

    It seems to me that the best (cheapest) way to get an lcd in your car would be to use a motherboard with built in lcd capabilities. (like the em-586) Does anyone know of any cheap ones other than the em-586 that will do this?
    Got started with computers on this board early in high school...now I run a web development company and am about to build my dream machine.
