I have a new (test fitted never connected) Phoenix Gold 5.0:4 4 channel amp for sale More Info on Phoenix Gold's website... Its 50x4 @ 4 ohms, 80x4 @ 2 ohms RMS.
$120 plus shipping. I paid 160 new.

Jl Audio 12w3v2, installed and played for 2 months at 300 watts (RMS rating) This is a dual 4 ohm voice coil sub.

Stealthbox (not by JL) for 94-01 Dodge Ram single cab. Replaces bottom half of center seat and hold a 12" sub. Has a mounting depth of 7" and an internal volume of 1.2 cubic feet. Comes with 2 different stock fabrics (pre 98 and 98+). Sits a little less than an inch higher than stock seat (had to for more volume), but stock center console bolts to it and maintains flip up capabilities.

Whats included with the amp is everything that came with the amp (the box, the manual and the amp)...I'll shoot some pics for you tonight when I get home from work.

There's no scratches, but there are fingerprints. There's a little scuff on one side, from my test fitting it, nothing you'll see when it's installed.
