I checked on the manufactuer's page, and this thing does not apear to include or support a hard drive. It does support a flash disk, but it's not included. Futhermore, according to the manufactuer, the only way of getting data onto this is through an optional floppy drive.
All that aside, if you could hook up some sort of storage device then this should work. According to the MXFPlay site, it works with a 486-100 or great, so a 486-133 should be fine. Given that this has 16MB (non-expandable) of RAM, I don't think you'll be running Windows. If you're going to be running DOS, what is the point in having the touchscreen?
