    Arrow FS: Carnetix PSU - Casetronic C134 ITX Car PC - Zalman Ext. 7.1 Snd Card

    I am gettng rid of my baby. PM me for offers. I will give offers a week here before posting on eBay (I would rather give back to the MP3car community, the freely gave to me).

    So here goes:

    Power Supply:
    • Carnetix 12V Power supply

    (PRE-WIRED w/in Casetronic, only three wires needed to hook up in your car (pwr, gnd, ignition)) Easy install, I did all the hard work of soldering inside the PC)

    Case:
    • Casetronic C134

    • VIA ITX EPIA M10000 (1GHz C3)

    • 256 DDR Slim Line Ram

    • 60GB 7200 RPM 2.5" HDD

    • Panosonic Slot Loading DVDRW / CDRW {w/ DVD RAM capability}

    • Custom Power cable comes out back and plugs directly into Carnetix via Morex Style connector

    Sound Card:

    • External USB Powered Zalman 7.1 Sound Card (no need for 5v PSU, it is powered off the USB power rail)

    OS:

    • Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition (comes w/ orig packaging and license codes)

    • A ton of data if you desire (like over 40GB of Music / Video), but will wipe it out if requested.

    I have run Media Engine, Centrafuse, FrodoPlayer, and many other interfaces on this box w/ no problems. It was a great machine, but need cash now and have a company car that I can't use my CarPC in.

    If I am forgetting anything, just ask questions here and I'll fill you in. If you want pictures please request photos. Everything is in good working order and shows minimal wear. The sound card has two small dents in aluminum cover and the case has some scratches from install and removing a few times.

    Price for System

    My bad... I recently sold a ITX PC on eBay for $535, equipped similarly but with no external sound card and no carnetix PSU solution.

    So here is my thoughts:

    PC = $450
    Carnetix = $50
    Zalman = $35

    Total = $535 ... MP3car.com Price
    Shipping = $25.00

    $550.00 - Shipped

    I will not only sell one compoent, so please do not ask. I think this is very fare, but if you disagree, please give justification as to why?

    Yeah, I was going to start a business up http://www.mtecmobile.com
    , but I had no time to pursue it once I did all the R&D necessary. It was a lofty goal for a second career and my new job simply will not allow for that kind of commitment. Plus more and more people are starting to catch on, so I knew I couldn't produce them at the cost of larger corporations could.

    How's that price look, PM me if you want to chat offline.

    Pictures Available!

    Check out some pictures and hit me up w/ any questions.

    You will see coming off the carnetix is (red, black, yellow (ignition), blue is not used.)

    Also the two wires branching off before the carnetix adaptor are for amp remote and the other is a 5V rail if needed for external devices that require power such as the Sound Blaster Audigy External Sound Card or other devices. I never used it since I had the Zalman, but thought while I was in there soldering I would run one out, just in case.

    The pix can be viewed here.

    ALMOST FORGOT!
    I left the original wall outlet adaptor hooked up w/in the case in parrell w/ the carnetix wires, so you can crack the case open and still use the PC off a wall adaptor (which I am not including, but can one can be bought for like $10.00)

    To eBay this weekend

    Just an FYI. I will put this car pc on eBay this weekend if there is no offers. I have to say I am pretty amazed no one is jumping on this item at this price.
