helped :-)
I sent an LCD to a guy I sold to here on the forums and made sure I packed it perfectly and inspected it before I sent it with nothing wrong, it worked fine. I shipped it without insurance (never had a problem before, and this guy paid $5 for shipping) and of course when he got it, it was a defective unit.
From him:
I noticed the power light was flickering red and the monitor wasn't turning on when the power button was pushed. I figured it was a loose connection so I checked the outlet, USB and monitor connections. Upon inspection I noticed that the cable going into the base of the monitor had its shielding cut.
He's sending it back and instead of getting sued for not returning his $200, I was wondering if anyone wants to buy it and fix it, or tell me HOW to fix it so I can sell it again, or tell me how to get Lilliput to replace it?!? Thanks.
Helped?

Not sure yet, he gave me a suggestion but I don't have the monitor back from the buyer yet.
No, the wire going into the base is cut. Anyone know where to get a replacement and how to replace?
