Xenarc 700IDT In-Dash 7" VGA Touchscreen
Updated Price!
SOLD!!!! Thanks ppl!!
This has been an incredible unit. Don't go for the immitation - go for the real thing and get a Xenarc. This is Xenarc's in-dash 7" touchscreen unit. It's basically a Xenarc 700TSV in an in-dash case with the high-brightness upgrade.
As you can see in the pictures, the unit is brand new and has never been installed (the plastic cover is still on the screen and there are no cosmetic marks on the unit). I would also like to mention a little known fact about the 700IDT's, if you remove the black plastic faceplate, there is an empty cavity directly below the screen which is nearly the size of a slimline slot-load dvd/cd drive. There is enough space for one of these drives and it would require very little modding in the back of the unit to make space for the USB/power lines. I haven't tried this, but if I had an available slot-load drive, I would do it in an instant. I received this unit from Xenarc as a replacement to an older unit. They don't have any parts for the 700IDT's because they were recently released and they replace the whole unit with a new one.
The warranty is still valid on this unit until August 2006 and I am including the $45 16-foot Xenarc cable.
This sale includes the : 700IDT In-dash unit, 16-foot Xenarc cable, mounting sleeve, 12-volt DC adapter, 4-pin harness and original box.Originally Posted by Here is the 411 on the unit...

I am a very reputable member of these boards and of ebay (username hd04) and will work to make this a smooth transaction. Thank you and PM me with any questions.
Not to thread crap, just have a question/some concerns.. when I click your "here" link for more info I'm informed:Originally Posted by hd54321
a) It costs $440, not the $599 you said?
b) "Due to Quality problems we no longer stock this product. "
Comments on these two items?

Thanks for pointing that out. They must have just edited their listing today or yesterday... I'll edit my post as necessary and possibly put it on eBay. The unit I have just came into Xenarc from overseas. I had to wait a week until they received a shipment.Originally Posted by arebelspy
I had those questions too and sent you a pm
Also where's the touchscreen USB? I don't see a spot for it in the back of the unit.
C134, EPIA M10000, 512mb, M1-ATX, DWW-700H, Seagate 40GB, Panasonic DVD/CDRW
Alpine ERE-180 EQ
YGPM. The USB for the touchscreen comes off of Xenarc's proprietary cable. You basically make one cable in the back of the unit, then that cable (I am including the 16foot version) branches off to the Video inputs, VGA input and USB cable.Originally Posted by blustreak
