The box I am looking for takes inputs from both RCA and VGA and switches them to a single VGA output. Do you have a picture of yours? Thanks

You can use a 'monitor tuner', usually sold to make a monitor into a tv.

Thank you for the link. This I think is almost it but I could not tell if it has VGA input or not. I need that as well. I think it would perhaps help if I was a bit more clear on what I want to use it for. What I want to do is to connect my backup camera to the RCA input of the device, connect the VGA from the carputer to the VGA input of the device, and then send one signal or the other to the monitor which will be connected to the VGA output of the device. Cheese box would have done this, if I could only find one!
