Pretty much as the description says, the base unit has about a 450MHz Celeron but there is a 1.3GHz upgrade included that you can install or sell on as you see fit. The screen is a 12.4" ELO touch screen, has a 20gb 3.5" hard drive, 256mb, two PCI slots on a riser (you could dispense with the reser to make it all smaller) and USB headers on the MB.
Pictures below are intended to give you an idea of the options, first the unit fully assembled (as it would be delivered).
To give you an idea of how it can be taken apart and moved around this is mine that I am working with (I have two) with the MB and screen strung up to show the conenctions between them. Note that this is using a longer video cable than the standard one which could maybe be included if needed.

I have installed the 1.3GHz Celeron and a clean WindowsXP, it's running great.
Touchscreen drivers are loaded, one correction, it has 192mb not 256 but could be upgraded cheaply and easily.
Looking to move this so if you have any interesting trades drop me a PM!
