Powerstrip doesn't run under DOS afaik. To get this working I had to program the crt controller dot clock directly to alter the scan out frequencies. It is generally specific to the chipset you use.

I have a Telxon PTC-2134 sitting on my desk that might work for you, it's a complete computer with a touch screen. It runs Windows 95 off a 192M Compact Flash Card inside and has 64M of ram so will run software decently. It has 2 PCMCIA slots too. Screen is 480x640 and is black and white. Touch screen is for a stylus, but a fingernail will work too.

I'll take $30 for it plus shipping. It runs well now and includes the AC power supply (battery included but is dead.)

There are plenty of programs that will clock a wide variety of cardss to PSOne screen compatable levels. MonArc, ArcMon, and ArcadeOS (this would make a great front-end for a DOS-based carPC) come to mind.
