I am interested. What does the on/off toggle look like? Do you have any more/better pics? How big is the whole unit (hard for me to tell in pics)? Do you have any references (ebay, heatware, etc)?

    Thanks

    Does anyone know this seller?

I bought this computer and it doesn't work. I found that the cd drive and hard drive doesn't work so far. The computer was shipped with wires and mouse on top of the mother board with a sheet of bubble wrap placed on top.
He was in good communication with me until the package was sold then no response to emails and pms. If anyone knows how I can get in touch with the seller please inform me. Thanks.

if you paid with paypal use their dispute tool, it works great. If they dont get into contact with you paypal will reverse the charge. It will force them to communicate with you.

Noc, this guy only makes posts in the Classifieds section. All of his posts on mp3car.com are in Classifieds (and a few in Off Topic). He doesn't contribute here, he's just trying to sell all of his stuff.

Issue a chargeback with your credit card company and a dispute with paypal to get your money back.

I have filed a complaint through paypal and right now the status is deferred.

A couple of years ago I filed a complaint through paypal for a mixer I bought off of ebay but never recieved. The seller never responded and I never recieved my money back. I am doing something wrong? I am filing through the resolution center.

No you are doing it right. Paypal used to be a lot worse with this stuff but in the past 18 months they have been pretty good.

Did you pay with paypal funds? or with a credit card to his paypal account? If you used your credit card, then you should also call your credit card company and issue a chargeback with them. If you paid with paypal funds, you have no other recourse. I always make sure I use my credit card with paypal, because that is the only way you can have the "extra backup" measure of your credit card company instead of relying on paypal to figure it out.

most sellers try to trick you into using funds from a paypal account instead of a credit card because they know there is no recourse that can be taken against them if they scam you.

This is sometimes an indication of a scammer or could be someone who wants their money quickly.

by the way...im not giving dibs on this....whomever pays me first gets it....I accept NON CREDIT CARD payments through paypal (u must transfer funds into your account before you can send funds to me)....

Still may not be a bad deal though, sucks about the OS.
