does the touch controller control the LCD itself as well?
this is an 8.4 in touch screen made by sharp. model # lq9d166. and a touchscreen controller made by cleartek. i never used these. i was going to wire them up but i am too busy with school. they have only been out of the package for inspection. i'm asking $120.00+shipping.

no. the touch controller is merely for the serial interface with the touchscreen.

so..is it operational by plug and play or dows the lcd itself need a controller?
is it 640x480 vga?
is it powered at 12v?
