modded 10.4 LCD + touchscreen

here's the deal, i modded a 10.4 inch LCD that only displays 640x480 into my dash, it took alot of work and i had to mount the LCD controller remotely, but i got it to fit. The only problem now is that installing the touchscreen overlay is going to be alot more cutting than i wanted. For sale is the LCD, modified to remotely mount the panel, and an untouched ELO touchscreen. $200 or trade for an 8" Lilliput (or Xenarc

pictures, you can see i modded the power adapter to a standard molex, but i also put a male molex on the wall wart. the touchscreen is ELO, you'll need their drives for it, ( you have to pay for the Mac ones) the touch screen controller runs off 5v and the screen 12v. all i know is that it's a Samsung panel. VGA in Only, you'll need a Cheese box for anything else.

ive been wanting to do this to my lcd from a libretto 100ct. but the wireing is just to scary. lol how long did it take u to solder a billion little wires??

So is this the same as a Xenarc 800TSV? But only bigger? Quality wise what is compared to?

i don't know what to compare it to, i've never used another screen besides this one, i'm even typing this on a CRT. All i know it that it worked for what i wanted, minus being to big, and that i disassembled it out of an alluminum enclosure. I'll try and find some pics of that enclosure if i can/ if it will help.
