does it have COA?
Asking $80 shipped. I got this from an accommodation program through my job, and I have no use for it. It is brand new, never opened, the license key is on the back of the CD jewel case. Paypal only, please, iluvsnow at gmail dot com. Thanks.
EDIT: Added Pics.

i got dat ***** sittin on 22s! SUPERMAN EDITION!
Do you mean the little orange barcode on the back of the case with the serial?
Added pics. Now that I did a little research, no, it does not have COA. This was never meant to be bundled or sold. I work for an evil empire that sells Intel products, and once a year Intel gives employees the chance to get a new motherboard, processor and XP Pro for really cheap. I am keeping the hardware, but I really have no use at all for XP Pro. It is 100% legit. PM or post with questions.
well just so you know, you legally have to include a piece of hardware when selling M$'s OS. it doesnt matter if its a stick of ram from 1983, but it must include a piece of hardware, trust me Im M$ Certified =)

That's pretty f-ing sad. That is the exact reason I'm not using the stupid software in the first place...stuff like that. ANYWAY, to comply with the stringent MS rules and regulations, the sale will now include a socket 370 processor, I think it's 450mhz, which can be used for perforating paper, mock-Chinese throwing star, or in your favorite motherboard from 1994. Thanks for the heads up.
your still not meeting the stringent regulation.. If you wish to do so, you will need to sell the processor for $80 shipped and include winxp.
