I have exactly what your looking for and I'm actually trying to get rid of it. It's a NESA DVD player and it plays DVD's, mpeg CD's, mp3's, vcd's, cd-r's, and regular cd's. It is self contained and I think that I even have the mounting brackets still that will allow you to secure to the floor or glove compartment (or wherever else you decide to mount it). I had it in my car briefly (3 months) and it wasn't used that often. It has a remote control as well.

I'll give it to you for $100 shipped.

chris i have a brand new one in box. my cousin bought it to put in his car for his daughter but it wont fit under his seat. he needs a din or 1/2 din dvd player. its brand new in box never used. say 85 shipped? its blaupunkt
