    NEWS FLASH!

I apologize to everyone for the longer than predicted delays. I have good news for the remaining members who are still waiting for the cameras.

As of tonight, I have assembled and tested the remaining cameras -- everything is finally ready to go!

At the risk of filling up my In Box again, I'll spend the next few days contacting everyone on the list and making arrangements for payment and shipping.

The cameras are Stealth Black Ultra NiteMax with Color CCD and 2x Digital Zoom. The cost is a mind-boggling $20 plus the actual cost of USPS shipping by Priority Mail. They won't include a lens, battery or charger, but I can refer you to a source for these if you're interested. For the purposes of calculating shipping, you can use USPS.com to find the cost of 1-LB. 4-Oz. Priority Mail between 79905 and your Zipcode.

The additional good news is the fact that I have salvaged enough parts to build an additional five cameras. I know there are some people who have expressed an interest, but missed out on the first list of 20. I am going to start a list for the five additional cameras. If more than five people respond, I am thinking that I'll need to setup an eBay auction and let all of the interested parties sort things out by bidding. More details will follow on the extras after I have satisfied the original 20 members.

There's further good news for those who are brave enough to provide 12v DC for the various inner NiteMax parts. For those who are interested, I have a dozen pewter/silver cameras without the Power Supply Board. These have all of the same working parts as the NiteMax cameras above except that you'll need to power everything yourself and reproduce the button functions. If you intend to gut the NiteMax and install it in parts in different locations inside or outside the vehicle, this may be the best choice for you. These are also available for $20 each.

Thanks again to everybody for their patience!

    Mark,

When you have a moment drop me a mail about the LED arrays would you, as before, no hurry, just making sure you didn't forget

I'm interested to know what is involved in making my BW camera into a color one too if possible.

    Chris.
