FS: Car2PC adapter (old design) - $48 shipped

sorry i'm confused. this allows for aux input to stock stereo and pc control via stereo buttons. The only addons i know of are for winamp and wmp, which make sense...what do any of this have to do with mass storage or BT ?

The functionality of the old and new one is the same. Both of them supported by WMP, WinAmp, RR and other apps.

The adapter havn't get to my door yet. No I am not complaining about when it arriving (probably today). It doesn't matter cuz I don't have time to put it in until this weekend or next wk.
Now I am looking forward the Car2PC - Ai-Net version for my Matrix installed.

Got the adapter yesterday ... cool, nice little "black box" ;)
Anyway, I do I connect that 3.5mm stereo plug/jack to the sound card right? Before I screw it up, I better ask :)

jbors: I followed the directions in the original post, went to http://indashpc.org/new/adapters/index.html and selected the adapter (Car2PC-HON1)to fit my car (98 Honda Accord) but I think that I ordered the new model as the page says it won't ship until May 2006.

Did I order the new one? If so should I cancel?

If I ordered the correct one, do I now request a refund from PayPal?

Hi, I do not have HON1 adapter right now, but MBus may work for you just fine. Can you post the picture of your car stereo so I can tell for sure ?

I got your stereo. I will send you HON1 adapter as long as I got the connector. It will be 2-3 days. Sorry for delay.

My car is a 98 Accord EX Coupe with the double-din stereo (CD). The CDC/AUX plug on the back is rectangular, not round like the MBus connector.

Sorry to ressurect this thread, but are the adapters still available? Will the MBus fit into that 98 accord ex coupe plug that bartman007 asked about? Do you still have the HON1 connector?
