FS: CarPC or Home Theater PC

My friend decided he's going to use an AOpen Pandora for his CarPC, so we're going to sell the previous carPC. Here's the components:

Motherboard/CPU:
Mach Speed Viper K8M8MS Socket 754
AMD Sempron 2600+

Hard Drive:
Seagate 250GB EIDE HD 7200/8MB/ATA-100

RAM:
Corsair ValueSelect 512 PC3200

Case:
Codegen MATX Case with 300W Lighted Front Panel
We also built a plexi case if anyone wants it too

Power Supply:
M2-ATX

DVD Drive:
Lite-on SHD-16P1S

He's asking $400 for everything, but is willing to sell parts individually. We never installed it, but it posted and ran windows fine when we wired up the power supply.

how much do u think he will want for the mobo proc combo and how much for the m2 atx

So, I can use this as a regular computer in the house?

Does it have a video out (composite or S-Video)?

I am wanting to use it to watch movies from my server onto my tv and just network it.

Right now, it's in the plexiglass case, but it'll only take about half an hour to transfer everything over to the MicroATX case. I can't find a pic online of the case, but I can take a picture later tonight of the unit. If you want to use it in the house, you wouldn't need the M2-ATX power supply, the case has a power supply already. I forgot to mention that it has an MX440 video card, so it also has an s-video output.

I guess now he's not going to take any less than $500, because he forgot to add the price for the power supply and the ram. I guess he spent about $575 not including any of the cables or the video card. Sorry I stated a different initial price.
