    well there are maybe three extremely small scratches i think it might have been from shipping when i received it, but they are very small... and it is always possible for it to receive some small scratches during shipment even though i take as many precautions to avoid that...

    Both Touchscreen and Case are sold... still have the Hitachi LCD Panel, remote, and a pcb with buttons on them with no IR receiver

    I will ship both of your items out either tomorrow or the day after depending on how soon i can get to the post office
