Alright, I figure I'll give you one last post before i get mad. First, you bought the unit knowning and seeing that I had pictures supplied so the buyer could identify it. So dont pass of that you didnt know what it was. Second, the unit worked when i sent it to you, i tested it myself. Third, paypal sided with me, which means even they thought you were at fault. So please if you are looking for someone to blame, blame UPS or someone else for "breaking" the unit. Last, after getting in several heated arguments, and you stalking me for a few days did I cut off contact, sue me. You called my me several times, you called sponsors (i thought that was a little low), IM'ed me under numerous names and the last straw you registered on a board I'm a moderator on (so that would be why i banned you ).

    Alright, I'm done

You got the unit and money??? and you are saying sue you because you are ripping him off???? just to let you know you can't win in the court because you have no way to prove it was working before it was sent out. Second it is your job to get him the item safe, SO IF UPS BREAKS IT, THEN ITS YOUR FAULT. Unless you offered insurance.

    1. Do you have pictures? yes, it's posted on this thread, but none of the pictures shows that the unit is on. And even if you did post pictures with the screen on, it doesn;t mean that the unit you actually sent out to me was in a working state.

    2. Irregardless of what pictures I see, I asked you a direct question more than one time if the unit was a 5 wire, each and every response was a yes.

    3. The unit worked according to you, had it worked when I went out to purchase a 12V PSU, I might have considered keeping the screen.

    4. How can I blame UPS where there are no physical damages to the screen at all? The screen was intact when you sent it to me but the unit did not turn on.

    5. I returned the unit back to you because vie email you had agreed to refund me my money once you get your unit back.

    6. You asked why I contacted your sponsors, it is to exploit you for the scumbag that you are for ripping people's hard earned money off.

If you were anywhere near being a man of your words you would have kept it by refunding my money once you receievd the unit back. Instead you gave me a BS excuses stating that you would refund me only once UPS sends you the check etc.

I called you only 2 times, I imed you the next day after our heated argument and you decided block me, I signed on using diff SN to contact you and you blocked also.

You couldn't even man up and say it straight to me that your intentions were to scam me.

Paypal didn't side with you, they made their judgment based upon the fact that it didn't fall under the TOS agreement.

All I can do is hope for the worst possible **** to happen to you, because in the end karma is a ***** and I hope that everything that is of value to you is stripped or taken away from you. It might not happen today or tomorrow or even a year from now, but it will and when it does, think of me because it is I who wishes the worst that can possibly happen to you...

Not trying to rub salt in an old wound but I felt compelled to at least bring to light that according to Paypals terms of service - there is nothing that exists ... inanimate object or otherwise that is "Paypal Legal" ... Technically ... no item is covered by their ToS because... technically.... everything you could possibly sell is excluded. Read it carefully.

I Always use a credit card when funding paypal purchases. Paypal might hate you when your done ... because well .... its against their terms of service to sick your bank on them... LOL ... but at least you have someone who will really fight for you. True paypal just might well suspend your account over the act.... but the good news is they will probably suspend his too just to be rid of a person who is a potential hassle ... or more to the business point ... get rid of him to reduce potential future loss.

I still don't get why money hasn't been returned. You have the screen and the money. Either refund money excluding the cost of shipping, taxes, or send back the screen at the buyers expense. At least it will be more fair. No matter how low you are, Im sure you agree that you having his $300 and the screen is a little scam-a-rific.

Yup learned it the hard way... i'm confident that this act of his will come back and get him... not a matter of if it will happen but just when... then he'll know how it feels to be scammed out of your hard earned money...

Dude, you are getting a little ahead of yourself. 1) i have a broken unit, 2) yes i have the money. As for insurance, the guy sent it back usps, so ups would not cover my claim (this was after i told him to keep the unit). I turned around and offered this guy to claim it under usps (to which it was insured for more than he paid me) and he said no. I dont think he ever insured it, and in the time frame this happened (he had the unit less than 24 hours before sending it back to me) .

either way, I tried to make ammends and all i got was a stalker. paypal also sided with me, so even they think he is at fault. I still have the USPS box and tracking number sitting on my floor at home, but i have yet to hear something civil from the buyer.
