    mp3car store says "Do not use it with a 3.5" HD or CDROM drive without the ITPS regulator." do we really need it? if we do, where can i find this regulator?

    My 3.5" WD1600 was working fine without the regulator, but YMMV.

    Yes, but it's on hold for another buyer until the end of this week.
