I have an Opus 150W PSU for sale, since I have retired my carpc.

The package includes all the cables/connectors with an optional additional cable with the +5VSB mod. See pics below.

If you choose to use the modified cable, the 5V standby rail will be turned off when you power down the computer. This mod will kill power to the motherboard and usb devices when you power down your carpc. If you have a lot of USB devices or even just one power hungry device, this is extremely useful. Without this mod, your battery may discharge very quickly (within as little as a day). In my case, it killed my stock battery and I had to replace it. Note: With this mod, standby is not supported (requires 5VSB to stay on), but hibernate will still work. If you want to use standy, use the other included cable.

I will also include the original unmodified cable without the 5VSB mod.
