yes it was tested and works great. Sorry but to be honest, I have no idea what an OS is. I'm dont know anything much about computers:confused: . Most like it's included since its a complete PC. If you want to make sure, let me know what OS is and i'll find out. :o

oh shoot, OS is operating system.. hahaha no OS does not included in the HD.. you need to install it yourself.
