    is this unit fully tested, and come with an OS on the hard drive?

    yes it was tested and works great. Sorry but to be honest, I have no idea what an OS is. I'm dont know anything much about computers . Most like it's included since its a complete PC. If you want to make sure, let me know what OS is and i'll find out.

    oh shoot, OS is operating system.. hahaha no OS does not included in the HD.. you need to install it yourself.
