I do not have any of the restore cds, bought it used, but don't really feel like fixing it myself.

The LCD is BROKEN. However, you can find them online for anywhere between $100-600. You could also buy the Mini-DVI to VGA adapter and use it as is.

It has 15 gigs or so of music that was there when i bought it.
