I sent you an email but in the past you said you didn't get my emails so I'm posting here as well.

My package was damaged - I refused it. The styroform was completely broken down and the subs were rattling around inside. I turned the box to take a picture and we all heard a big THUD when the subs went from one side of the box to the other. I could see the subs from both ends of the box without opening the box at all. I've PM'd & email'd you my phone number. Call me to work out the refund details ASAP. I don't know if this is poor packaging on your part or damage on UPS's part and to be honest, I don't care. I just want my money back. I got the tracking # from UPS if you need - you can put in a complaint with them & try to get some $$.
