    K301 / MTSVO-SC and Palm TX

    Hello. I am giving up on my CarPC as the cost is getting out of hand and I am not even close to finishing. I installed the LCD and removed it from my car the same day after I realized the unit was too deep to fit where my climate controls are, and installing in the middle DIN would completely block my climate controls (see pics). The BU-353 is brand new as I never bought a laptop for the CarPC. The PalmTX is in great working order and comes in the original box but is missing the installation software CD. This can be downloaded from the Palm website. Please let me know if anyone wants more pictures. Thanks.

    Sorry guys, I've been in and out of town for work lately hence the slow replies. The Palm TX was sold a while back but I still have the LCD and I am also listing some sheets of Vikuiti film left over from my friend's transflective conversion. The films look dull in the photos as they are covered on both sides with protective peel off films.

    Please note that if you want to convert your LCD to transflective there's a lot of work involved. You will need to remove the LCD from the housing, then separate the LCD panel from the backlight and replace all of the factory films with the Vikuiti films. I was surprised to find that the original reflector for my friend's LCD was white cardstock--the ESR film that replaced it has a mirror finish when laid flat.

    im intrested in the screen, just a couple of questions. is it in good working condition in all areas? like the open/close action, the screen is working well? no repairs need to be carried out on it? also do all the wires and manuals come with it?

    with conformation of these i'll take it! i'll give you $240 and whatever the P&P costs.
