Just to give you an update,
One of the guys kindly offered to help me out... thanks for that.
So soon there will be two screens available for sale in US.
The guys who were interested in them please let me know so we can work out the shipping cost.

No its not a typo...
Yeas i still stand for my price of $25 plus shipping.
Mind you its only the TFT panel, you still need a controller like Allens or Dennisk. But if you got one of those controller then you shouldnt have much trouble connecting them.

I really really really need an 8.4" screen with those exact features but I'm really thinking about getting one of these for the heck of it. err decisions decisions

Its 12 bit but with dennisk controller i been told it works just like 16 bit.
I already got two people who are sending me their shipping address so i can calculate the shipping... if they change their mind I'll let others know that screens are still available.

the DennisK Touch Screen?
Its basically the same LCD pannel. It doesnt have a controler or the touch overlayer.
