Got 2 of em, I think they are made by Optrex. They are 4x40, EL backlit, & have the HD44780 chips. I was gona hook em up and sell em ready to go but im just too lazy to wire em, so if your looking for a good LCD, here you go! $25 each, $45 for both. Shipping $5 to the US.
