I purchased this cap for my 12W6V2 and decided that I didn't need it. The box is opened since I was going to install it, but the cap is in 99.9% mint condition. I have everything in the box except the resistor, which I am sure you can purchase from Radio Shack. You need the resistor to charge the cap before you install it, or you could probably take it to an audio store to have them charge it.
