WTB: Case + Power Supply (Or Aopen MiniPC)

Looking for a case + power supply, would prefere it be already wired and ready to be hooked up to a power source if possible, post what you have if available.

Also interested in possibly getting an AOPEN MINIPC, again if available post.

FS: Cooler Master BTX Case and mBTX Motherboard

Just specifically need an Intel Socket 775 CPU and BTX CPU cooler in addition to your typical gear (drives, DDR2 memory, etc).
