'd me late last night, and I was asleep. I'm not a night owl like you, man.
I may have one. I'll look through my menagerie of crap later today and see.
Basically self explanitory.
I have a computer client that moved houses, and in the process of doing so, lost the power adapter for her router.
Linksys wants to charge like $40 for it which I think is BS because she can get a new Linksys router for $29.99...
Anyone out there with one of these, or know where to get one cheap?
I have a 5V 2.5A adapter, with a barrel connecter the same size as my wrt54g v3 router.
Did that adapter from your USB hub not work? I'm guessin the barrel plug was probably too small eh?
The best resurrected frontend I've ever used, period.
I'm looking at an old Linksys Accesspoint here that stopped working.... it has the right connection, but it belongs to the job.....
Hmmm.... to steal or not to....
strangely i plugged a 2amp 12v into my linksys router.. and hell it worked? but somehow the 5v one stopped working in it.. haha. i have no idea what happened, but im guessing somehow it works.. dont take my word for it though.. just thought id share my strange experience.
