    FS/Free Sub Box 99-02 Silverado/Custom case & Screen housing 1020TSV

I was about 90% finished with my carputer install when I got in a wreck, sold my truck and bought a 06 4Runner. Now I have no use for the following.

    For Sale: $50 obo

    Houston, TX 77070
Pick up only. I will not ship this due to its size and weight.

Sub Box for 99-02 Silverado/Sierra Extended cab.
    Fits perfectly under rear seat.
    Light grey fabric.
    Made for JBL 12W6.
    Dimensions: 50-1/4"w x 14-7/8"d x 10-3/4"h (at front) 8-1/2"h (at rear)
    Hole Diameter: 11-1/8"
    Hole center depth: 7-1/8"

    Also:

For FREE + shipping from 77070

I never finished this and have no use for them now.

Custom build case for MiniITX (MB896) & OPUS 120w
It’s made out of 1/4" acrylic and mounts directly to the point where the bracket for the cd/cassette (depending on model) goes.
It was my first attempt at something like this and isn't all that pretty, but it works. If nothing else it’s a good place for someone to start.

    And:

    I never finished this either.
    Housing for Xenarc screen.
All it really needs is a lot more sanding and bondo.
It's made out of the original truck side pieces, an aluminum bracket and fiberglass. The Xenarc 1020TSV fits into it and is secured by to brackets. It doesn't require any mods or disassembly to the Xenarc. Simply slide in and screw down brackets from back.
Again, it's not pretty, but it works. And with a lot more TLC I think it will turn out rather nice.
The slot at the top fits a slot load DVD. Currently there is no way to secure the DVD and it's a very tight fit (I even broke one of the clips on the face plate to my slot load taking it in and out).

Photoshop of what it would have looked like.

I might also need to sell my Xenarc 1020TSV. A friend has voiced interest and I will find out if he does want to buy it. If not I'll let you know.

I should have mentioned there is a deal in progress with breen for the Case, Housing and Xenarc.

    But to answer your question.

Yes. it mounts under that piece but it mounts to the location where the bracket would mount that holds the stock piece together. The stock middle piece is a series of components. There are 2 sides a center a bracket that holds it all together and the cd/cassette. Basically if you used this case you couldn't use the stock bracket cd/cassette or center piece. I used the two sides as a starting point for the housing I made that holds the monitor and closes it all in.

Case, housing and Xenarc sent to breen.

    Thanks breen.

The speaker box is still available. The price is flexible. If you live around the greater Houston area make me an offer, any offer. I am moving to Colorado in Jan and need to get rid of it.

    Thanks.

I didn't take pictures of that process but I do have some that will hopefully explain it.

If you pop out the cup holder you'll see these two screws. take these out.

Inside the center console is 4 bolts. take those out. and you can remove the center console.

Behind this door there should be two screws. Take those out.

Then the center piece pops up and out.

You should be able to remove the cd/cassette now. I don't remember exactly how this come out.

In the above picture you see the two screw holding the bracket under the dash. there is also a screw holding that bracket on each side piece and also two screws in the front of the assembly.

Once you have all those off it should all come apart.
