Comes with everything you need except power cord, which can be had for <15 on ebay, or if you are hooking it up to your power supply for your carpc, I will include the appropriate pin so you can have it hooked up to your 5V output straightaway. I used it for a week with a radioshack universal 5v supply, and then decided that the PCMCIA version would better suit my needs. It is guaranteed to be 100% fully working upon arrival (after you give it power, of course, 5V, 1.5A, +pin).
