how about an older Dell laptop?
14.1" screen, 10gb hdd, etc.
Works, but you will need to load an OS on it.
Could be an Epia, could be an SBC, maybe even an old laptop but it must be small and cheap. This will do nothing other than run a slide show for a picture frame LCD screen so it doesn't need to be big, fancy or special, small is beautiful!
I would like it to have a BIOS that supports a shutdown when the power switch is pressed so it will turn itself off.
Might have something to trade depending on what you need...

Is the board the same size as an Epia?
I have... umm... a Minikey keyboard, various PCMCIA and PCI cards, various odds and ends.
No it's a tad larger. I don't have the specific measurements but I could measure it when i get home today. I have two boards, one is an intel and the other is a gigabyte. They should't be any larger than a laptop, but all the hardware together is going to make it bigger.
I could get you pix if that helps.
AS far as trading goes I don't think I would need anything. Unless you have a PCI graphics card or PCI TV tuner card. Otherwise make me an offer that is reasonable. I'll check all the hardware before I would sell it to you if you are interested.

i have something for you. its an older(not old) epia 60w mini psu (similar in size to a m1-atx - used it for benchtesting) has a hard drive not sure what size loaded with winXP. ill sell it to you for $50 shipped - but i cant give you any other details or pictures until after the new year as i am out of the country. pm or email mark at thesailorscove dot com
