Well in Canada, you are not allowed to even have a bottle of Nitrous in your personal vehicle. It is considered hazardous material. Therefor only commercial vehicles with special hazard precautions are allowed to transport it.

I am unfamiliar with the US's laws on this. I have heard that states such as Florida don't care at all, where as some states you are allowed to have it, but not hooked up? I'm canadian. Our polar bears don't need NOS. It melt our igloos.

When it comes to modifying cars for performance the majority of the stuff to go really fast isn't street legal. Loco Im not sure what mp3cars policy is for selling merchandise but a few places I go to for buying stuff like that require a picture of and item and Yourname@mp3car.com on a piece of paper next to it. so loco@mp3car.com.
It gives us buyers a little bit of confidence on what we are buying.
