i dont give a crap how big it is but its not even 1/10 of 80gb i bought from you. my laptop AND my carputer AND my desktop recognized it as small *** hd (less then 5gb - dont remember how big it is at the moment but it doesnt matter)
first is 4.3 this its 6.8 now its 4.8.
make up your mind
maybe you were only able to get that 6.8gb formatted
but it is an 80gb drive

Sounds like this guy is text book scum bag, Genesis is a top notch guy here, and I've dealt with him before, and would 100% stand behind him. Like someone said Karma will catch this guy no matter the outcome of any court or other outcome. sending material that is not as stated is fraud, especially if the dude admited being in the wrong. I just won a suit against someone from PA that did a similar thing, described a caddy, and i got a yugo. It took time, a lot of it, but i got my money back, cost me a little but it was principle. Bad business practices will lead to trouble.

it appears that carputers tried deleting his own posts that he knew would incriminate him in this matter.
I've restored those posts.
Not a very smart feller if I do say so myself....thinking that we couldn't restore the posts.
