FS: 15.4" TFT LCD w/ analog RGB input, 200nits, 1280x1024x16million, 12v DC input
I have for sale a very very very nice Active Matrix TFT LCD that I was going to use for a high-end desktop application, but have since done some reorganization in terms of computer setups.
The LCD is an NEC NL128102AC23-02A and boasts the following specifications:

The picture quality is amazing with a whopping 0.24m pixel pitch (rivals that of most CRT monitors), 7ms response time is fantastic, and contrast is very good.
The main reason I am selling this monitor here and not in a desktop forum is because it takes 12v DC input. There may be some voltage regulation required, but this should be easy for someone with basic skills.
This is top of the line, without a doubt. I know it takes analog RGB signal (like from computer video cards), but I think it takes Composite also (like from VCR). I'm not 100% sure of the Composite because I didn't test it. The VGA works great though, and movies look absolutely stunning.
The LCD supports OSD controls, but it is not necessary.
The screen comes without a housing, and two adapters are not bundled. One adapter goes between the computer VGA card and 6 very large pins on the LCD controller. This adapter is not really necessary because I'll include crimp connectors. The other adapter is for 6 small pins, 3 of which are LCD logic power and 3 of which are LCD logic ground. A simple solder job will render this adapter unnecessary as well. I used very small alligator clips for testing, but for a permanent install into an automobile or truck, something less temporary would be better. One other adapter is needed for the OSD, but I have that adapter and will include it. You will still need to rig a couple buttons to some pins if you want OSD, but that's pretty easy in itself.
I really hate to sell this; I'd love to hang it off a wall in my house and use it with my divx/tivo box. It looks like I'm going to be using a projector though and a 15inch LCD is not really suitable for 10foot viewing.
This LCD would look absolutely amazing in an RV or a SUV. But the ultimate end-all use would be to stick a touchscreen overlay onto it and replace a whole dash area in a sports car with animated dials and buttons. Just imagine loading up a GPS map with 15.4 inches of 1280x1024. Keep your eyes on the road!
