I don't understand how the board could be non-working. It was a fully functional screen when it was last hooked up and it has since sat on a shelf. I'd love to talk to you about it, perhaps something's not hooked up right or we can diagnose what's wrong.

Hi sorry you didnt reply to my recent AIM msg.
I have double checked all of the ribbons and I'm still unable to get this monitor to work. Also, Im not willing to hack apart my other monitor to plug into this one because i know my current monitor works fine.

Please let me know if i can ship back and get my money back

For the record, kevin and I have come to a mutual agreement on how to handle this situation that is both fair and amicable for both of us.

For the record, dan and I have not come to a mutual agreement on how to handle this situation:

I received the 10 pin Lilliput from dan and i was shocked to see the condition it was in. There was super glue on the front of the LCD (center right side and right bottom corner). There was also super glue on the VGA/USB connector on the controller board. There is no way to remove this connector. This would be fine if the connector actually worked! But, it didn't and the VGA signal would not stop shifting.

The product was damaged beyond repair.

I started a claim with PayPal and he did not respond.

I escalated it to a PayPal dispute, but they do not have insurance on items not purchased through eBay.

Avoid this seller! I just lost $200!!!
