Comes with a legit, activated copy of Windows XP.

Works great, but I'm selling my car and don't need this anymore. It's not much bigger than a pack of smokes, and it draws less than 5 watts when running. Runs on 12 volts, comes with AC adapter.

    $300 shipped.

    Without the hard drive, sure.

With the hard drive, I'll do $250 shipped in the US.
