FS: MTSVO-SC K301 motorized VGA Touch screen $130.00 (Athens, Ohio USA)

    SOLD

Works great! But the Eject button fell off. It still ejects by ignition as seen here:

Sometimes you need to manually push the microswitch inside the hole with a stick (only cold days.) This can be fixed easily by replacing the plastic assembly that controls the microswitch, or wiring up a new momentary switch to the housing. Not difficult at all.

    $190.00 $175.00 $130.00 firm as it is.)
Ships from Athens Ohio USA to anywhere in the USA.
Please no international orders unless you are willing to pay the additional secure shipping costs.
    Method of payment: Paypal.

You get the unit it self and a 16FT low profile VGA cable. No bezzle, no din carrier, or remote.

The only issues i have had are in extreme cold temps where it will not open (protection mode by design) until the ambient warms warms up a little. I noticed this mostly at 19f or lower during winter only.
Aside from that, no other issues noted.

    -checking pm. -

update: im including the Low profile VGA cable (10ft or 16ft i think) and a usb extension cable for who ever buys it.

    --edit again---
A hold has been placed on the screen pending a sale.

OK, I got the screen today.... you forgot to include the power cable which is no big deal. What I do want to know is what is the remote cable for, and what do I connect the park wire to.

oh no! sorry about that. It uses a standard PCI-E power cord. The type used for Video graphics cards. I know I only used 3 wires from the connector. I will check my jeep after i get out of work and let you know how i had it wired. I didnt use the park wire. Its basicly a safety hat allows the screen to open when in park only. Useless.

Remote is to power on a remote device like an amp. When the screen receives power, it sends low voltage power signal to another device. Or something like that. Let me check how i had it wired since the cable is still wired in my jeep. I can make note and remove the cable and send it to you if you need it. Im thinking the Park wire is just a + wire.

Yellow (constant) to battery, red + (acc), and then park wired to acc, black grnd i think is how it had it. But let me double check to make certain. Don't wire until i get back to you.

Can you post me a picture of the diagram on the unit and the back of the unit where the PCI-e power pluged into? This will help me help you.

Dont worry about the connecter. I had bought a PSU for the car, and its made for higher end PC units. So it had the 4, 6, and 8 connector. Since its a hexacore I was powering, I had to use the 8. That left the 4 and 6. I simply cut it off of that. Yea, park is useless.

Ok, dont need remote wire. I also do not need the reverse and park. So I think im good. Also, because I'm curious, I took the unit apart and the open/close button fell out. Now here is the issue I am having. I do not want the screen to open on power up. I basically want to control it when I want. Remember this screen is going to be in my face, so I do not want it to open up all the time. I guess an easy way would be to simply make a switch for the ACC line. That should work.

OK, I figured the screen out. If you open the screen with the button, then cut power, it will always open when acc is applied. If you push the button before turning off the acc and it closes, it will not open with acc. You have to push the button.
