i designed these, and built a few, but i didnt go anywhere with them
mostly because of cost, in low quantities, the product was just too expensive
they are the common PCM2900's with just the input side exposed
its very small... only got 7
make sure in Windows 7 you change the LEVEL down to no more than 4
and set the default format to 16bit 2 channel 44.1khz sample (advanced tab)
since it defaults as a microphone (but you can rename it, change icon)
because of HARD CODED USB Descriptor
$25 shipping is free in USA
outside usa, shouldnt be more than $5

some laptops dont have a true line in
+ you might want more than 1 line in
it is what it is... usb audio input!
