Centrafuse 3.5 account, Garmin Mobile PC with receiver for sale

Well if I can't sell it, it doesn't matter really. The Garmin worked good for me I'll tell ya that, though they no longer support updates. But I'm sure the receiver can be used for other purposes.

TweakEn, my research shows that you can't transfer your license to someone else, but David (Veetid) has stated before that clearing your activations and letting someone else use your license is ok. I guess this could be considered subleasing in a way. So feel free to sell it considering the fact that you can't actually transfer the license. (Unless someone else comes along and corrects me)

the only point here was anyone other than the person who purchased the software, CURRENTLY, getting support directly from Flux.... We told you someone could easily get support from our forums...

I think this is fair and we will we work to add the ability to transfer as we grow...

we are providing updates, phone support (free phone support is a HUGE thing us us to still offer), forum support talking directly to the developers, and email support...

constantly taking feedback from customers and improving the product, and fixing customer issues...

Please show me in the CentraFuse 3.5 EULA where this is prohibited. All I could find was this clause:

Sounds to me like the license is fully transferable once the transfer is registered with centrafuse.

But this seems to concern only the software itself and not the licensing or usage rights of the software or license. Seems a bit confusing to me.
