Well if I can't sell it, it doesn't matter really. The Garmin worked good for me I'll tell ya that, though they no longer support updates. But I'm sure the receiver can be used for other purposes.

TweakEn, my research shows that you can't transfer your license to someone else, but David (Veetid) has stated before that clearing your activations and letting someone else use your license is ok. I guess this could be considered subleasing in a way. So feel free to sell it considering the fact that you can't actually transfer the license. (Unless someone else comes along and corrects me)
Please show me in the CentraFuse 3.5 EULA where this is prohibited. All I could find was this clause:
