    CAR PC for Sale

I recent sold my Corvette and pulled the CarPC out before hand. I had this unit in the car for 3 1/2 years and it worked great. Had all kinds of peripherals hooked up through the USB ports, used it to tune the stereo (had a full Zapco DC reference system installed). I have installed an OPUS 320W PS inside the case for ease of mounting. Unit was built by Global American. They build industrial type PCs using high temp spec components and also low power. Below are the post specs on the box:

BIOS ........................ vendor: Award (Phoenix Technologies, LTD*) Release: 06/16/09 (06/16/2009*)
    Processor ................... Type: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9400 @ 2.53GHz
    Speed: 2533.33 MHZ (2.53GHz*)
    Multi-Core: Present, 2 way
    Hyper-Threading: Not Present
    Total Logical Processors: 2
    Memory ...................... Available: 1.93GB
    Memory Bus .................. Speed: 266MHz*
    cache (per core) ............ Level 1: 32+32 KB (32KB*)
    Level 2: 6MB (Shared) (6MB*)
    Drives (fixed media) ........ ST9120315AS (120.03GB)
Video ....................... Intel(r)Cantiga Graphics Chip Accelerated VGA...
Network ..................... PRO/1000 PL Network Connection,
    PRO/1000 PL Network Connection,
    PRO/Wireless 3945ABG
Buses ....................... PCI, ISA/LPC, USB, FireWire, IDE
    Ports ....................... 2 x Serial

The Motherboard is a Commell LV67B. Global American's internal designation on this system is 2808100

Here are some pictures of the system and BIOS boot screens:

In the picture is a spare power supply (included). Also, I have custom plumbed the GPS and Wi-Fi connections to the outside of the case. I was unable to save the Wi-Fi antenna but those are pretty easy to find. The GPS is included. Also, all the discs and drivers you will need for the system. I ran Windows 7 32 bit with ZERO issues. I did not hibernate, I did cold boot every time. I have many more items including displays as well I can package together. I used Centrafuse as the Front end and will by happy to supply a copy and key as well.

I paid $1300 for this system (way too much I know). I'm asking $500 but all the above is included and if I can get that asking price, it will not be hard to convince to throw in most, if not all, the other stuff I have as at that point I'll have no use for it. The screens I may ask for a few bucks, but then again, they are custom molded to fit a Corvette or similar Double Din fitment.

    Thanks for looking.
