    Google Maps - Viable Alternative to Destinator?

    With the way Destinator is being stubborn and is wanting $20,000 up front for anyone wanting to get the SDK, i am trying to look at other options...

    I was just thinking this arvo, Google Maps!!! Is it possible to download all the maps for a country, i.e Australia (so the carputer doesn't need a internet connection (+ hefty data bill))

    And is is possible to use Google maps for routing...?

    caching Google maps

    has an exe which downloads and caches the maps. You can also import the maps into oziexplorer.
