FYI, i run dashcommand with 6 gauges (nissan skyline), igo8 gps, winamp with vis enabled, and carnetix psumoni etc, all at the same time on an AMD BE2350CPU/1GB ram with no performance issues or skipping....
I've just read about Dashcommand using remaining CPU performance to optimise the application, Anyhow, I've ordered a licence using PPE kind offer of discount to mp3car users.
Thanks PPE,
Dave

Multidash isn't in current release , but Brian of palmer has been hinting that this feature is iminent....that and scripted pid support eg mpg support, are the 2 features I,m hoping for.

Hi again. I've working on update for GTR Gauges for DashCommand/PCMSCAN.
I hope BrandomPPE include the features I told him about add "Next/Prev tabs", and "GoTo Tab" and we could have something working like this.
I hope you like it.

These are really good guages, and I have installed them into my Ford. Naturally the dials require modification to get accurate figures, and I am slowly working through these to set them for my car.
However, only some of the guages are actually getting readings from my DashXL, so it appears that the PID's required are either not present or not switched on.
This is where I am having problems. For example, the above guage, which records fuel level, appears to call for a PID called SAE.RPM. I was under the impression that PID was for a Tacho, so was a little confused why it would be recorded as the OBD-11 value in the settings.
Can anyone shed light on this?
Does the PID need to be recorded in the dashboard object view, or the script?
