Are you running Vista? If so this is because Streetdeck does not have any permissions to regsvr the MovieTimes.dll. Run SD as Admin and reinstall the digital mod.

Also, if you did not get my latest changes SD won't properly register the dll, download the latest version of the digimod and it should work.

If all that fails... you will have to manually register the dll. You can do that by running regsvr32.exe dll on the command line, where dll is the full path to the MovieTimes.dll file that was installed unter the script's folder (i.e. in your case "E:\StreetDeck\Scripts\{AF69E108-7302-42D7-9CDE-969AC9D6E1B3}"...)

    Hope this works

EDIT: Ok this is weird I just saw someone posted with having trouble runnig this and I responded and the post went away... weird...

Sorry. that was ME. I posted the error.log entries for the three alerts I see when I run this. However after *I* did that, I realized you released another version which claims to fix something, so I thought I'd try the new updated module first before posting useless stuff... HAHA. I guess you're just TOO fast.

Just curious, how does this compare with Zune pass (apart from being a few $ cheaper)?
Yeah, I know re: cringe...but it works and works well. Honestly - no idea how it differs from Zune pass, I've never used it.

I dont even have a single suggestion for you! The thing just works and works extremely well -- and this from a guy employed by Micro$oft?! HAHHA.

    Marchello,
Thanks so much for all of your hard work on the Traffic and MovieScout DigiMods! You are a hero and patriot for those of us unable to do the coding.

    Marchello = GodOfDigiMod

Btw...it's people like you making cool addons to streetdeck that keep it moving forward and competing with Centrafuse and Road Runner. You should get a commission!!

    Small update: added cache support.

As an excercise for my upcoming traffic mod I wanted to add caching support to my MovieTimes mod. Basically, once you download the data it is cached. Later, if the download fails, this cached data is used. Also, you will see that the zip will now be in parentheses and a date/time of the cached data will be shown next to it.

You can download the latest from my website.

Oh, and to all of you who want to buy me beer... now you can, donations accepted on my website :P

Cool, Mark. BTW - have you thought about integrating Outlook calendar into your calendar plug-in? Just food for thought...

God that would be awesome. I am still amazed that the SD people insist on using this lame-*** Contacts.csv format. USE THE .PST FILE! Who doesn't use Outlook 2003? Then you can synch your PDA/Phone whatever and it all just magically works. Or just copy the outlook.pst file from computer to computer (I do this on all my notebooks and my work and home computers). Easy peasy.

I've suggested this to SD on so many occassions I have given up hope.

ps. I just gave you a donation... there's more where that came from. hint hint...
