Wow. That's awesome. Another vote in favor of this, especially when incorporated into route guidance. My girlfriend's 2008 328i does this and I am jealous. I think BMW pulls the information from local FM stations, though.

I think DAE51D has the right idea. Have it pull up the traffic when you enter a route. Though not every time, maybe as an alternate option when you calculate.

Sorry, I had some medical emergencies that came up and significantly slowed the development of this... I am making progress though.

Yes, I made a lot of good progress over the past few weeks. I feel really bad this is taking me so long, but I am doing the best I can, promise!

I am targeting beta for early next week, if all goes well.
