    Scripted modules

Is it still true that scripted modules can only be run by clicking the external mods and that these scripted modules cannot be run while driving?

If the IsSafe function returns true, it can be used while driving, you can launch any scripted module by call App.Exec with the GUID of the project followed by the name of the script. i.e. "{0920392-23-23-23-23-2323}\Weather"

Then would it be possible to display a radar warning while driving if you are in navigation mode?

I'm not sure what you mean by radar warning, but you can get speed and a bunch of other information from the navigation object that you can display in whatever, module(s) you want.

There are plenty of databases having fix radar places in lat. and long. coordinates and each having a specified speed limit. If you reach one of them from 100 meters, the navigation system should warn you: "Warning. 50km/h radar in front of you", something like this. Then I would like to display a "speed limit image" or "a radar image" with a voice if you reach such place. Then the driver will be warned.

How do you assign the "app.exec {guid}/path" to a button?

This was greatly improved in 1.0.5.7

After updating to that version. Choose the button, then in the properties, select the "Module to Show" property and it will show you a list of all the system and scripted modules you can show.
