Hi everyone. I'm just chiming in and saying that I'm using DriveLine as well and I love it. It think its one of the best frontends out there. I'm not real impressed with Centrafuse or any of the others. They all leave a lot to be desired. Your frontend has actually inspired me to learn VB and Python. Hope that I will be able to help with development in the near future if that is ok. I'm also a pretty decent graphic artist (hobby but still good). Running DL in my 1994 E36. I will get some pics soon and post. Thanks for all the hard work. Keep it up... I had almost given up on the car pc thing but this has sustained my interest.

Always glad to see another satisfied DriveLine user. :-D Definitely post some pics of your setup. You're more than welcome to help with graphics, skins, code, ideas, etc.

    Welcome to the party.

Good to hear that, SNO. I'm working on improving support for tablets right now. This is all coming along very well.

Is that for win8 or win-xx tablets? I have win8 on the 11.5" vibe, win7 on a 10" chinese knock-off, vista on htc shift, xp viliv x70 and s5. Good test bench for tablet testing, they all have 3g. SNO

I am testing on a Win8 tablet. It should work fine on any x86 Windows tablet. If you want to do tablet testing, I'll upload a test version for you. I've been doing some additional work to support windows Sensors. But the platform is not very mature, so finding examples isn't easy. I've got code working with the Ambient Light Sensor and brightness controls, but haven't been able to tap into Compass sensors yet.

I usually see 1 or 2 downloads for DriveLine every day. Anyone know why it's been downloaded 70 times in the last 48 hours? I'm not complaining.. Just curious...

I have seen alot more activity in the Driveline forum. Maybe it's gonna be on the next batch of in-dash units from china! Or maybe peeps just want to try it out and see what all the fuss is about. Quality front end! SNO

    Sounds more like a bot.

China would only need to download once, so I would say no.

PS, don't worry I haven't forgot my plugins for DL, just been working on my own iBus integration, which now I have overcome a hurdle might benefit the plugins I'm doing for DL.

Excellent! I knew you must have been busy with something. Anything to help the cause is always a good thing. SNO
