multiple monitor setup cant select none as secondary

Im having an issue where if i try to change the monitor from my vga screen to my hdmi screen it still comes up on both. When i try to change it and double click on the screen i want it just highlights it, the star stays on the same screen. I tried restarting even with the same result. Is this a known issue or am i doing something wrong? I would image that star should move to the screen i select when i double click it. Please help.

    thanks,

The tree on top lists main windows in the DriveLine skins. Primary and Secondary.

The list contains a list of monitors connected to the PC. The star indicates the 'Primary' monitor as defined by windows.

When you click on a monitor in the list, it flashes that screen blue so you can be sure which monitor you're mapping to.

You didn't say which screen has the star next to it (VGA or HDMI) so I'll just make up a scenario.
So, let's say your HDMI has the star on it. But you want DriveLine to only show up on the VGA.
You should be able to set 'Primary' to which ever screen makes the VGA flash.
And set 'Secondary' to none. Since you don't want a secondary DriveLine window.

    Switching playlists should be:
    1. Hit the X on the Playlist screen to clear the current playlist.
    2. Click the + (plus sign) on the Playlist screen.
    3. Browse to your playlist. If you saved it through DriveLine, it should be in the "My Playlists" folder.
    4. Click on it and hit the check-mark button. This adds the items from the playlist file into the "current playlist"

    OR:
On the Shortcuts screen, you can create a shortcut to a playlist file.

OHHHH! I thought the X cleared the current saved playlist so there was no music in it or so you could edit the current playlist. Thanks for clearing that up.

I really do need to take some time to explain all of these things somewhere. There's a lot of little functions in DriveLine that not everyone is aware of.

Yeah, I did not know of the playlist on the shortcuts page either. Can an icon or thumbnail be attached or embedded in a playlist to show up on the shortcuts page?

For the icon, check the DriveLine settings XML file.

Look for "AppIconImage" to get to you the right area. It should be a full path and filename to an image file.
    example:

    <AppIconImage>C:\MyTestImage.PNG</AppIconImage>
